Bart A. Rauluk, President, is the director of finance for the Persad Center, Inc.  Prior to joining Persad, Rauluk served as manager for the Center for Professional Development at Community College of Allegheny County. Prior to that, he held national and international positions at Mellon Financial Corporation's Global Institutional Clients Group and ABN AMRO Bank N.V's Trade Finance and Structured Trade Finance groups. A Pittsburgh native, Rauluk is on the board of the Pittsburgh Council for International Visitors, GLSEN Pittsburgh, and serves as finance officer and parish council member for Pittsburgh.

Kevin Altomari, Vice President, is a principal with The Redan Group, a strategic planning consulting firm, and an adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh.  In addition to volunteering for the Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force, Kevin serves on several other nonprofit boards and is involved with Neighborhood Business Inc., a micro lending organization in the Pittsburgh region.

 

 

 

 

Rob Lepre, CTFA, Treasurer, is a senior vice president with Fifth Third Private Bank. There, he is responsible for relationship management and trust administration for high net worth clients and their families. He earned a masters of public management degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh.

 

 

 

 

Stuart Fisk, CRNP, Secretary, has been involved in HIV research, nursing, and prevention since 1988.  He has provided hospice, nursing and medical care for persons living with HIV disease since 1992, with a focus on providing care for persons with substance use and mental health disorders.  He has helped to develop a number of innovative programs to provide compassionate and state of the art care for these populations, both in Pittsburgh and San Francisco, CA.  He was involved in the development and legalization of Prevention Point Pittsburgh, a syringe exchange program providing a broad range of prevention services for injection drug users in the region. Since 1999 he has been involved in the development of the Positive Health Clinic at Allegheny General Hospital; a Ryan White Care Act funded medical clinic for persons with HIV.  He currently is Clinical Manager for the clinic and also provides direct care as a nurse practitioner. 

Gwyn Cready, Development Chair,is the RITA award-winning author of five romance novels. Her books are regularly featured in the Doubleday, Book-of-the-Month and Rhapsody book clubs. She has been featured in Real SimpleUSA Today and Entertainment Weekly, among others. Before she was a writer, she spent 25 years working in brand management and healthcare brand advocacy. In addition to her work on the Executive Committee of the Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force, she sits on the advocacy committee of the Obesity Society, the advisory board of the Denis Theatre Foundation and the boards of the Veterans Breakfast Club and the Historical Society of Mount Lebanon. She is also the co-founder of the first-ever book festival in Pittsburgh targeting women, Women Read/Women Write. .

Valerie Golik, a Wexford resident,  joined the board and is serving on the communications committee in 2009 and now serves as the chair of the board's communications committee. Golik was recently named the executive director of the Dennis Theater Foundation and also serves as an adjunct assistant professor at Point Park University.

Keri Harmicar, a North Side resident, joined the board in 2009 and is serving on the communications committee. She is currently employed with the Northside Leadership Project.

Steven R. Herforth, a Pittsburgh native, lives in Mt. Washington with his partner of 22 years, Peter Karlovich. Through their company, GMO Properties, they are involved with purchasing and renovating buildings. He also is a board member of Pittsburgh Glass Center and the Delta Foundation of Pittsburgh.  He was involved in organizing Pride in the Street 2007 & 2008, SPARK 2007 & 2008, SPLASH 2007, and the SPELL Halloween Party that benefited Persad.

John Martine, AIA, a native Pittsburgher, is a principal with Strada Architecture. For longer than 30 years, John has produced award-winning work that addresses two of the most critical issues facing American cities today – preserving building heritage and developing new architecture that fits gracefully into the urban environment.

Timothy McVay, Esq., is supervising staff attorney for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.  In addition to supporting PATF, he supports the community by serving on the board of Castaway Critters, the James Hueholt Memorial Organization for Animals.

Janice Meade, of North Hills, is a retired teacher in the North Hills School District. In addition to PATF, she is a member of American Association of University Women; Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, Civic Light Opera Guild board of directors, Pittsburgh Symphony Association, Pittsburgh Symphony North—2002 to present, and Rivers Club of Pittsburgh.

Peter Ennis, Esq., General Counsel for PATF, is a shareholder in the law firm of Buchanan, Ingersoll and Rooney PC, where he is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Department.  Peter is a past board president for PATF. Prior to that, he served as general counsel for the organization.  He and his wife, Laura, live in Squirrel Hill.
