Working to stop the spread of HIV by increasing public awareness and understanding

Speakers Bureau

Reaching out to audiences in schools, corporations, churches and synagogues, community groups and social service organizations all over the region, PATF's Speakers Bureau educates the community about the risks of HIV/AIDS.

PATF's Speakers Bureau raises awareness about HIV/AIDS through two presentations, AIDS 101 and Personal Perspective.  A mini-course on basic facts about HIV and AIDS, AIDS 101 provides up-to-date information about the history, transmission, risk reduction and statistics of the disease.

Personal Perspective presentations are delivered by volunteers living with HIV/AIDS who bravely discuss the impact that HIV/AIDS has had on their life.

To request a speaker, please click here to print the application or call 412-345-7456  extension 584.
